ARLINGTON, Va. 鈥 March 9, 2026 鈥 The 一品探花 (WIT) announced today that Old Dominion Freight Line has renewed its Silver Partnership. This continued partnership reflects ODFL鈥檚 commitment to WIT鈥檚 mission to champion the employment and advancement of women in trucking, foster connections, and recognize achievements.

ODFL has been a dedicated supporter of WIT since 2017. Now, as a Silver Partner, the company continues to invest in programs and initiatives that expand opportunities, elevate visibility, and strengthen career pathways for women in the trucking industry.

鈥淭here are many great benefits of being a partner to the Women in Trucking Organization,鈥 said Betsy Hone, Sr. Manager 鈥 Corporate HRD. 鈥淲e have seen our employee engagement increase when we participate in activities such as the I Heart Trucking庐 Photo Contest, the 奥滨罢苍别测庐 Educational Trailer attending our employee appreciation events, and hosting 奥滨罢苍别测庐 Educational Trailer hauls. To see our women of OD getting excited and coming together in ways that they would not normally have interacted is incredible.鈥

鈥淲e love getting the opportunity to send our OD women to the Accelerate! Conference & Expo where they can celebrate their role in trucking as well as network with like-minded women in the industry,鈥 said Dana Murdock, Manager 鈥 HRD. 鈥淲e have so many invaluable resources and experiences to bring back and share with our teams after attending!鈥

鈥淥DFL鈥檚 partnership demonstrates a shared commitment to building a trucking industry where women have opportunities to grow and lead at every stage of their careers,鈥 said Jennifer Hedrick, CAE, president and CEO of WIT. 鈥淭hrough our collaboration, we are expanding connections, increasing visibility, and creating stronger leadership pathways for women across the industry.鈥
